Inaugural dress

Go here to read a chronicle of how Dana Greaves hand-stitched a gorgeous inaugural dress for me in less than a week. Absolutely amazing piece of art. Who says DC isn't fashionable?!

Note that I wore jeans under the dress because (1) it was 12 degrees, and (2) the dress ended up a tad shorter than we'd originally intended. Also note that I was walking through a bar late Tuesday night after Art of Change when a woman from NY stopped me to tell me she represented fashion designers and wanted to know who designed my dress!
