Fellowship for artists

My friend Paul So is opening an art gallery June 2008 at 14th and U called Hamiltonian Gallery. It's going to be a beautiful space next to the former Republic Garden and State of the Union. He's also launching a fellowship program for "promising innovative artists," which will include a stipend, gallery representation, an exhibition, seminars, mentorship programs, and career placement.
