Watch 14 films from across the country and from around the globe in a special 3-hour screening of the best films from the 2008 DC Shorts Film Festival competition. Meet the festival organizers and filmmakers during the intermission or after the screening, and get a sneak-peak into DC Shorts 2009 -- and the Our City Film Festival which plays on Sunday, February 8.
