My favorite scrappy little theater company Taffety Punk will perform a staged reading of Truth or Consequences, a play about what it would be like to impeach George Bush. If you've never seen these folks perform, you are missing some amazing talent.

March 19th is the 5th anniversary of the invasion of Iraq. Join the punks for a staged reading of TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES, the play that dares to consider what an impeachment trial of George Bush might be like. Are you a Democrat? Bring a Republican! Are you Republican? Bring a Democrat! Are you a Libertarian? Bring someone from the Green Party! President George W. Bush and Vice President Richard Cheney are charged with defrauding Congress and the American public regarding their justification for the invasion of Iraq. The audience serves as the Court of Public Opinion. This is an adaptation, by Matthew Hine, of "A Nation Deceived" by Craig Barnes, used with permission.
