"Bummer" at Burning Man

The biggest luxury item has become a big bummer.

My buddies over at Albus Cavus helped build "Bummer," a giant sculptural commentary on American consumerist culture. Myk Henry & Co. created the work on-site and exhibited it as a part of Burning Man 2008. The festival's theme this year: “American Dream.” Regardless of whether the art work successfully accomplishes its mission, art that makes thought-provoking statements really appeals to me.
